Part-time Bookkeeper needed ASAP
Hours are flexible
Qualified candidate must be familiar and able to:
• Use QuickBooks desktop and use Outlook.
• Familiar and able to use Excel and Word
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and enter into QuickBooks via journal entry
• Make weekly deposit
• Track employee vacation time via Excel
• Track vehicle maintenance via Excel
• Input weekly payroll hours on ADP platform to pay employees
• Match and Input accounts payable invoices into QuickBooks desktop
• Pay and Run weekly accounts payable checks from QuickBooks
• Reconcile Bank Statements
