To Our Valued Customers, Suppliers, and Vendors:
In these unprecedented times, KI Industries is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the continued safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and vendors while also working diligently to ensure the needs of all continue to be met.
We continue to monitor the effects of COVID-19 on a local, national, and international scale as this is a very fluid epidemic - one that requires our close attention as changes occur very quickly. Given the current state, we have implemented adjustments to our ongoing operations.
As a result of the COVID-19 virus, the following steps include, but are not limited to:
• Facilities: The corporate headquarters remains open for employees but is closed to all guests and customers. We are accepting inbound shipments from suppliers and will continue to work to maintain inventory and to meet the ongoing needs of our customers.
In support of both social distancing and to “flatten the curve,” we are encouraging employees (as appropriate) to work from home per rotation. Whether working in the corporate office or from a home office, all employees throughout the company are available during normal working hours.
• Inventories: KI will continue the ongoing dedication to our customers and will communicate consistently to ensure product needs are met.
In preparation of unforeseen circumstances and given customer approval, we are pre-shipping customer’s orders in an effort to minimize the risk of their running low, or out of product, allowing sufficient inventory to be stabilized at their facilities. If you would like to explore this possibility, please contact your account manager for further discussion.
As we are all aware, changes and updates are taking place daily, and in some cases hourly. We are committed to moving fluidly with noted impacts and are requesting cooperation via communication –both inbound and outbound for successful implementation.
