Customer wanted us to lay new floors. She said she just had new floors installed a couple of years ago and they popped out. Customer wanted us to check a soft spot in the sub floor. When all is said and done, the last installer "patched" a leak from the ice maker. Apparently he didn't think this could be much bigger of a leak then the ice maker.

We take pride in doing things correctly and finding the root of the problem! This particular customer has already spent money having her house leveled and floors replaced, yet none of those contractors cared to help her find the root of the problem. They took her money and left. She has a river running under her house from the main kitchen sink drain being connected to nothing! This Customer is well in to her 90s and has been taken advantage of way too much.
