We’re looking for a Lead Truck Loader to join our steel fabrication team in Malvern, AR.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things right — organizing loads, checking piece marks, and leading a small crew in safely loading structural steel for delivery. You’ll work directly in our shipping bay, making sure every beam, column, and bundle is loaded securely and ready to roll.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead and train the truck loading team
🔹 Verify piece marks and shipping lists
🔹 Operate forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment
🔹 Ensure loads are safe, balanced, and tied down correctly
🔹 Keep the loadout area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in steel fabrication or heavy industrial loading
✅ Forklift and overhead crane experience
✅ Knowledge of rigging and safe load handling
✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of the work

With more than two dozen state-of-the-art labs and classrooms, this building is not only a modern marvel—it’s a symbol of growth, innovation, and continued investment in Little Rock students.

Little Rock School District and city officials on Monday showcased the newest addition to the city's landmark high school: A glistening, three-story science building featuring more than two dozen labs -- the first such addition since the historic site was built nearly 100 years ago.
