Custom Roto-Mold, LLC Founded in 1994 in Benson, MN, Custom Roto Mold Inc. first took shape in order to supply a local field sprayer manufacturer rotationally-molded parts.

Soon after, we developed our own tank line and began pursuing other custom molding projects. Located on the west side of Benson, MN (140 miles west of the Twin Cities), Custom Roto Mold’s state-of-the art 65,000 plus square foot facility sits on 5 acres directly adjacent to MN Highway 12. In addition, Custom Roto-Mold recently expanded with a site in Little Falls, MN, adding a 12,000 square foot f

acility. CRM core equipment is exclusively late-model Ferry brand ovens, known in the US for production consistency and maximum process control. The largest work center is the Ferry RS 430 capable of turning 12-foot parts with an arm weight of 5500 pounds. We compliment the RS 430 with a Ferry 370 (10-foot tool capacity), (2) Ferry RS 280’s (8-foot tool capacity) and (2) Ferry 220’s (4-foot tools). CRM computer controlled Ferry ovens assure our customers accurate piece part production on a timely basis.
