CR132939 – Crown AC Access 3 Controller ✅

Customer sent this one in throwing Code 314 on their forklift. Our tech got it on the bench, found a couple of bad resistors causing the fault, swapped them out, and put the unit through full testing before sending it back out.

Another one back in service and ready to work.

We've grown from our Chicago roots to a 10,000 sq ft facility in Bensenville, with 20 team members and 40 test forklifts.

Intermittent codes on a Zapi FZ5017 controller brought this one into our shop.

The customer dropped it off and our technicians got to work diagnosing the issue. Here you can see the unit tested and confirmed working before it heads back to the customer.

Intermittent codes can be tricky to diagnose. That is why we test every unit on real equipment, not just a bench.
