This 2002 Trans Am WS6 is built to handle serious power with a full lineup of Trick Chassis components underneath. Backed by a 6.0 LS2 topped with Wegner Automotive Research 243 heads, Comp 273LR camshaft, BTR .660 springs, Gen 4 rods, forged pistons, and controlled by a Haltech R5 engine management system, this F-body is all business.

Power is sent through a Turbo 400 with manual valve body into a Trick Chassis 9” rear end featuring:
Aluminum center section w/ 3.50 gear
35 spline Moser axles
Strange brakes
Coil over shock mounts
Suspension upgrades include:

Here's what nobody tells you about dropping a Ford 8.8 into a '78-'87 G-Body:

The instant center moves. Stock control arms bind. Pinion angle's off. And no matter how clean the swap looks, you'll feel it on the launch — wheel hop, tire shake, lost 60'.

That's the problem our 8.8 Swap Kit solves.

→ Battle Box uppers relocate the instant center back where it belongs → Double-adjustable lowers let you dial pinion angle ON the car → Spherical bearings keep everything bind-free under load → Chromoly arms TIG welded and powder coated in-house (your pick — black or red)
