Do you get similar popups on your PC? Maybe they state that Norton or McAfee are expired or detect malicious activity…

These scam notifications can typically be identified with a website listed in the popup.

Browser pop-ups in the bottom right corner are usually caused by malicious website notifications, not viruses. To stop them, open your browser settings, navigate to Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications, and block or remove unfamiliar websites from the "Allow" list.

⚠️ALERT⚠️

Do you have Wave Browser on your PC? If you do, it is time to remove it!

Wave is a browser that is often installed without consent due to software bundling when another malicious program was installed.

Wave is full of malicious programs and will often send you to malicious sites instead of what you are actually searching for.

If you have Wave on your PC, please remove it immediately along with anything that was installed at the same time. Go to “Add or Remove Programs”, find Wave Browser, click the three dots to the right and select Uninstall.
