Today was the day for phase 1!!! It's hooked up and making parts with the plasma 😁... It will take a few weeks to understand all its capabilities. The next phase will be in a few weeks when I'll move on to the scribe and oxy-fuel portion of the training. It's extremely exciting to actually see its capabilities and realize that they are almost endless! Thanks to Tim Joslin of for making the trip down to get us set up and going.

The new piece of equipment is taking longer than expected so I'll let you in on the new purchase! As you see in the pictures it's a state of the art CNC Plasma and oxy burn table bought locally right in Arcade NY!!! This will help cut down in production time with precision accuracy. Delivery is expected within the next few weeks. It will take some time getting it set up and learning its capabilities but I'm shooting for it to be in full operation by April.

Starting Monday I will no longer be in my shop during the day. I have accepted a second job at Cimolai-HY in Olean as a Fabrication Supervisor. It will be business as usual here during the day as someone will be here to take care of all your fabrication and repair needs. It will be just like it was before I took P-MAC full time years ago when I was working at Dresser Rand in Olean. In fact it's the same building, different company! I'll be here during most evenings to help make sure your fabrication and repair needs are met in a timely fashion just like always. The one thing I will be stepping away from is having posted hours on Saturdays. Working two jobs during the week will be strenuous enough and I will still need time to get things done around the shop and home.
***I'd like to stress again that it will be business as usual at P-MAC Welding Services!!! I look at this as a chance to gain more experience in the fabrication world and it will also grow P-MAC as we will actually be open even more!!! ***
I'm truly excited about taking P-MAC to another level with your continued support.

The new addition is getting closer to arriving and we can't wait to get this brand new piece of equipment hooked up and operational! Today, we stand in silence at the 84th toll of the bell—a sacred count since the morning the skies over Pearl Harbor were shattered. December 7, 1941, remains a date etched in the soul of our nation, defining a generation by fire and profound sacrifice.

We reflect with wrenching sadness on the lives lost and the ships that became eternal tombs. Yet, within that tragic hour, we find the purest form of super heroic bravery. Young sailors and Marines, without a moment's hesitation, fought with unyielding courage, racing toward the inferno, saving comrades, and launching a defense that began the long road to victory.

Their immediate, selfless actions were the first, fierce heartbeat of American resistance.

As the years pass, the voices of the survivors grow few, their duty now fully passed to us. We carry the solemn promise: that the bravery, the sacrifice, and the ultimate heroism demonstrated that morning will never be forgotten.

We honor the fallen, the survivors, and the legacy they left behind. Their courage is the unshakeable anchor of our freedom.

We were excited to partner up with MTS and their new special operations unit and make a thought become a reality!!!

MTS can now respond with their special operations Bobcat UTV and save valuable time doing so! With it being built for an actual stretcher as compared to a rescue stokes basket it will create less stress and pain for the patient as well as save valuable time for EMTs and medics from not having to move the patient from a stokes rescue basket to the ambulance stretcher! To add to this skid unit's capabilities, if the UTV is needed in another capacity then it can either be folded up, tail gate shut and the support taken out of the receiver or completely taken out all together to give you back your UTV in its original state in just a few easy minutes!
