Lots of drafting in the office today with the 🌧, but yesterday we were onsite witnessing test pits excavated by DIG PRO up in Killington, VT. A challenging site for sure. A knowledgeable excavating operator is a great asset to determine what is going to make the most sense when a variety of options are available to replace a failed system.

We are excited to be working with fellow Mount Holly contractor, Wright Construction Co Inc on this project in Andover. Photo taken while onsite Monday witnessing test pits and marking some building corner offsets as part of our scope of work to amend an existing permit with newly proposed home, septic, and well locations. A rainy day tomorrow will make for a good day to start drawing out some of the site data we collected. Grateful for local connections 👍.

*Sometimes it is hard to tell where the work week starts and ends in Vermont 😉

With a busy day of a site visit in Weston, water sampling in Jamaica, and proposed locations to stake in N. Springfield, we were thankful for the opportunity to drop water samples with a convenient courier at the Springfield Park & Ride on our journey.

Some folks aim to visit all 251 Towns in Vermont. Maybe we could up the ante and obtain a wastewater permit in each town. Friday test pits with Taconic Excavating in West Haven, which will be a new town we can cross off the list once permitted.

A successful site meeting with the State of Vermont Agency of Natural Resources and Sanderson Trucking & Excavation. LLC to discuss construction of our largest design to date, a replacement wastewater disposal area to serve a 14 unit condominium complex in Norwich, VT.
