Innotech Process Equipment is seeking a professional contracted sales person to boost their business and make serious money. Innotech is a leading fabricator of custom metal products in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. We are expanding our business and need a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced salesperson to help us take it to the next level. In this role you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Grow and sell the Innotech line of value-add stainless steel-fabricated products with 100% US made, tariff-free stainless steel.
• Sales Presentations: Present our products to potential and existing customers with the knowledge that we manufacture and deliver a high-quality product at a fair price
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term growth and customer satisfaction
• Negotiation Skills: Must possess the ability to negotiate on value as well as price
• Sales Cycle Management: Provide month-to-month, quarter-to-quarter, and year-to-year sales growth and manage the process from initial contact to close
• Reporting: Report directly to the CEO on a weekly basis by maintaining an accurate record of contacts made, meetings set, meetings held, and sales made
• Follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up upon product delivery and installation
• Growth: Grow the market with qualified, existing leads as well as generate your own sales book while growing your reputation in the industry
• Fame and Notoriety: Become the “Face of the Franchise” through outreach including trade shows, sponsor events, and customer contact

Additional qualifications:
• Manufacturing Sales experience is a big plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
• Must have your own computer and the capability to connect to our domain
• Able to travel freely within the United States (Real ID required)
• Professional attitude and demeanor and the ability to generate business quickly
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a “can-do” mindset
