KBA, Inc. is excited to share that we are now 100% employee owned, which could only have happened through the generosity and vision of our founder, Kris Betty. Our thanks to Kris for leading us to this monumental accomplishment.

As an employee-owned firm, we announce the expansion of our Board of Directors and welcome Loren Sokolow as KBA Board Chair. Loren is the former CFO and Treasurer of Psomas, a $100 million engineering firm based in California. Jim Thomson joins us as a Board Director following a long career at HNTB, where he was the NW Division President. KBA President and CEO, Kris Overleese, joins the Board as Director. Our Founder, Kris Betty, is Board Chair Emeritus.
