Just repaired this shaft from a gearhead off of an irrigation pump. The process was welding up the extremely worn end and then put it in the lathe and re-cut the center. Next step was to turn it to.1-7/8 diameter and then cut a new 3/8 keyway. Customer is back in business!!! HMC 573-318-5208.
