Survice Engineering Company SURVICE provides innovative systems engineering solutions for both National Defense & Commercial Ent

In 1981, Jim Foulk, an early leader in aircraft survivability, founded a small company with just a few people in northeastern Maryland to support the U.S. Warfighter with unparalleled survivability services—hence the name “SURVICE.” Today, with more than 350 employees and numerous locations across the country, the SURVICE Engineering Company continues to provide these unparalleled services, partic

ularly in the areas of combat system safety, survivability, and effectiveness. In addition, we have continued to grow to match the needs of our customers, expanding and enhancing our capabilities to support the DoD community, as well as the homeland security, advanced technologies, environmental, and commercial markets. But we have also worked hard to retain the original vision upon which SURVICE was founded—to provide the warfighter with the safest, most survivable, and most effective equipment possible. SURVICE has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Baltimore in 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2020. Start your career with SURVICE by applying at https://survice.applicantpro.com/jobmap/

"Rob Baltrusch, chief engineer at Survice Engineering, described the drone as the 'pickup truck' of the sky, noting that it provides power, data, and expansion ports for various payloads, regardless of what it is carrying. The drone features an interface based on the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) and simplified, encrypted communications."

"Defense industry partners successfully tested a new three-shot rocket launcher mounted to a logistics drone at Fort Rucker on May 20, an initiative designed to push advanced precision strike capabilities down to the battalion level."

SURVICE had a great time participating in the Harford County Chamber of Commerce's 15th Annual Mini-Golf Fundraiser at The Dugout Mini Golf in Aberdeen!

This year’s Cinco de Mayo-themed event brought together teams from across the community to support the Harford Chamber Education Foundation Scholarship Program, raising $3,500 for local students.

We are proud to support such a great cause while enjoying an evening of networking and competition!

SURVICE is excited to continue fielding the TRV-150 for the U.S. Army under JTAARS!

𝐏𝐌 𝐔𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 (𝐉𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐑𝐒)!
The future of Army sustainment is here. The Capability Program Executive Aviation’s UAS Project Office has awarded a production contract to SURVICE Engineering for the Joint Autonomous Aerial Resupply Systems (JTAARS).

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐑𝐒?
JTAARS is an autonomous aerial cargo delivery system designed to give maneuver commanders rapid, flexible, and precise resupply options—especially for highly mobile forces in dispersed and challenging environments. By reducing reliance on ground-based convoys and manned resupply missions, JTAARS will increase the speed, endurance, and range of sustainment operations.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫?
𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠:Procured through the UAS Marketplace Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), this contract slashes lead times and gets critical capabilities to Soldiers faster than ever.
𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞:Autonomous resupply means fewer Soldiers exposed to risk and faster delivery of mission-critical supplies.
𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: This rapid acquisition supports the Department of War’s Drone Dominance initiative and the Army’s Transformation in Contact 2.0, accelerating the deployment of emerging tech to the field.

"This sustainment capability offloads battlefield resupply missions from Soldiers to autonomous machines, speeding delivery of critical supplies to the point of need,"said Israel Marshall, Product Manager for Tactical UAS.

JTAARS is a game-changer for Multi-Domain Operations, giving Soldiers the tools they need to experiment, innovate, and maintain the Army’s technological edge.
