Congratulations to all involved!

BIG NEWS TRAFALGAR!

Are you tired of looking at crumbling roadways in town? Council President Ashley Chaney and I are as well and we're prepared to do something about it.

We’re excited to share that the Town of Trafalgar has been awarded a $987,000 CCMG grant through the Indiana Department of Transportation to resurface several roadways throughout town.

We’ll be moving quickly into planning and sending projects out for bid so we can get to work.

This project would not be possible without great partners and a lot of behind the scenes effort, big thank you to everyone who made this possible:

- INDOT

- CrossRoad Engineers

- Trafalgar Town Council

- Council President Ashley Chaney

- Trafalgar DPW Superintendent Jeff Stookey and Trafalgar's certified water operator Joseph Harris, who completed portions of the requirements in-house, which saved the town over $17k!

Next stop: smoother streets across Trafalgar!

We celebrated 15 years with Kevin Lee (and his wife Emily) last night with a great dinner followed by a comedy show! We greatly appreciate the commitment Kevin has given to CRE since starting with us as a college intern. We’re also excited to welcome Kevin into our ownership group in 2027.

This exciting initiative marks an important step forward for the community, and we’re thrilled to be part of something so meaningful.
