We have been working on something behind the scenes for almost three years now and it is finally at a point where we are proud to show it off.
We built our own internal quoting and job management system from the ground up. It handles everything from quoting to work orders to shipping paperwork. The packing slip you see here was generated straight out of the system and shipped with the parts.
Why build our own? Because nothing on the market did what we needed it to do. We wanted proper work orders on the floor so nothing gets missed, the ability for our guys to pull up prints, PDFs, and STEP files right at the shop computer or on a tablet, and professional documentation that goes out the door with every shipment.
It is not done. We are still improving it every day, solving problems before they become problems. But it has already changed how we run jobs and how our customers receive their parts.

Finally getting around to posting the new tube laser has actually been here for a few weeks. Better late than never, right?
This thing is a game changer. 14" chuck capacity, handles 30' of raw tubing, 21' processed length, 6kW of cutting power, bevel head for angled cuts, and automated loading system. Basically built to keep up with whatever we throw at it.
