Dear clients, colleagues, and friends: We are informing you that due to coronavirus and the safety of our employees and their families, Marathon will be temporarily closing our physical offices on Monday, March 23, 2020. During the closure, all employees will be working remotely. Marathon has spent the last week preparing our contingency plan to ensure that our staff are equipped to work at home and continue to meet our clients’ needs with the same responsiveness for which we pride ourselves. Towards this goal, All Marathon employees are set up with a VPN access to our project files from home and will be working to ensure your project schedule is met. Marathon’s phones will be forwarded to Nancy who will distribute messages and provide cell phone numbers. All of our employees continue to have access to Marathon’s email server to ensure timely communications. We have expanded our teleconference capabilities.
While this is a difficult situation for all, Marathon will maintain normal client interface and functions to the extent possible. Marathon will be monitoring this situation over the course of the next week and will provide you with updates. Please do not hesitate to call should you have any questions.
