SELECT PUMP SHAFT THREAD SIZE IN MENU



The 3/4-16 Thread Pitch Speed Nut is for large and extra large pumps and 5/8-18 Thread Pitch Speed Nut is for Small and Medium pumps and replaces the existing impeller nut. The tapered cone streamlines and smooths the waterflow to the impeller as opposed to the stock nut which can cause water disturbance to the impeller. The Speed Nut's primary benefit is holeshot. There is a small overall speed improvement but reduced water turbulence to the pump is the benefit which results in better holeshot.

We wanted to share a few pictures of one of our intakes a customer has been running for 6 years. He is a local guide that fishes the Susquehanna river all year.
