🏡 Last week, Angie Krieger - Loan Officer at Bank CMG, MLO NMLS ID # 1536373 took the spotlight to share what makes working with her different, and the simplest way to put it is: she’s a one-stop shop for home financing.

Every buyer’s situation looks a little different, which is why having options matters. 👏 A great presentation from TJ with AWPM Floors & More last Thursday!

TJ took us behind the scenes of something most people don’t think about when they see a beautiful finished floor: the prep work.

He walked the group through why different flooring materials require different preparation, how the surface underneath can completely change the approach, and why sometimes doing the job right means giving patching and leveling materials the proper time to cure.

One of the biggest takeaways? There’s a lot of knowledge, preparation, and attention to detail that goes into a quality installation before the flooring ever goes down.
