That 20-week lead time on your critical path vessel?

We see that as a schedule to be beaten, not just met.

Standard lead times create major bottlenecks that put refinery turnaround and capital project schedules at risk. For this critical 84" OD surge vessel, our client needed schedule certainty, not just a standard delivery date.

Here's how our integrated model makes the difference:

↳ I𝗻-𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Our engineers work side-by-side with our shop floor. This eliminates the endless RFIs and communication delays between separate engineering firms and fabricators.

↳ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴: With an approved design in hand faster, we get a head start on sourcing critical path materials like the SA-316 SS for this vessel, mitigating supply chain risk.

↳ 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: From first cut to final hydrotest, every step is managed under one roof in our ASME U-Stamp certified Baytown shop. No handoffs, no finger-pointing, just accountability.

This isn't just fabrication; it's schedule certainty.

We protect your critical path and de-risk your budget. ⏱️

Facing a tight project deadline or an impossible turnaround window? Challenge us.

Send your vessel RFQ to our team and see how we plan to beat your schedule.

Two Tanks. Zero cross-contamination. Smooth Delivery. ✅

We engineered and fabricated a jacketed stainless steel vessel and a rubber-lined carbon steel reactor — all in just 12 weeks.

Our team managed the entire scope:
→ Final design & engineering
→ Specialty material procurement
→ Precision Welding
→ Hydro-testing
→ 3-Coat Corrosion System on the CS Tank Exterior

Showcasing our ability to manage dissimilar materials and quality requirements.

Why does that matter?
✅ Fewer delays
✅ Less vendor coordination
✅ A more predictable project schedule

When you trust your fabricator to manage complexity...

you get time back — and peace of mind.

👉 That's how you de-risk your project schedule and reduce vendor management headaches.

From rolled plate to "OVERSIZED LOADS" heading to a Gulf Coast plant. 🚚

We fabricated and shipped two massive silos for a super-major.

This fully dressed silo arrived ready for service:

ladders, platforms, nozzles, coating, and fit-up complete.

Fewer field welds. Less congestion. Faster tie-in.

we gave our client the thing that matters most: predictability.

Predictable quality. Predictable delivery.

We did a massive Firewater System Installation

and here's what made it interesting:
→ Excavation with soil stockpiling/reuse requirements
→ Procurement, Fabrication and Installation of
↳ 12" C-900 (PVC) Pipes
↳ 8" & 6" Carbon Steel Pipes
→ The carbon steel pipes past the header & near the bullet tanks required doping and wrapping
→ Cushion Sand Installation
→ Complete backfilling with sand & excavated soils
→ On-site hydro testing

The real efficiency booster on this project?

Strategic sequencing:
• Pre-planned excavation points
• On-site stockpile & material staging
• Seamless coordination with facility ops

The result:
✅ All tests passed on first attempt
✅ Full system delivered ahead of schedule

That's the DPC difference...

🏗️ We Just finished a PEMB project that'll make most contractors nervous...

18' x 58' x 16' clear span with a separate 28' x 35' single slope addition.

But the real challenge wasn't the build...

It was the foundation work underneath:
• 16 drill piers (16' diameter)
• 48' bell at 13' deep
• Complex grade beam system
• Overlay on existing concrete

Here's what made it work:
↳We Started with intensive sub-grade prep
↳Methodical structural fill installation
↳Perfect pier placement
↳Seamless transition between buildings

The result?

A weather-tight seal between old and new structures, designed to handle 139MPH winds.

✓ No rubbing concrete surfaces.
✓ No compromise on quality.

Just pure, precise ex*****on.

Most satisfying part?

Watching that final piece of wall sheeting click into place, knowing every pier below was exactly where it needed to be.

6 Vacuum Pots. 4 Weeks. Zero Downtime.

Most fabrication shops promise the world but leave you hanging when emergencies hit.

Last month, a Gulf Coast facility needed 6 critical vacuum pots fabricated fast or they risked a major production delay.

Here’s how we responded:

🔥 Day 1: Emergency call comes in
🧠 Day 2: Our in-house PE sent designs for approval
🏗️ Week 2: All 6 vessels started fabrication at our 32,000 sq ft shop
🚚 Week 4: ASME-certified and delivered to site

What made the difference?

While competitors outsource design (adding 2-3 weeks), we handle everything in-house:
→ PE-stamped engineering
→ ASME U/R/NB certified fabrication
→ 50-ton crane capacity
→ Emergency response capability

The result?
✔️ No production delays
✔️ No compliance issues
✔️ No excuses

The reality: Most fabrication facilities can't deliver when it matters most.

We've built our entire operation around one thing...

Getting critical equipment fabricated RIGHT and delivered FAST when your sites can't afford to wait.
