Good morning, Friends!
25 years ago today I turned the key in the door and proudly greeted customers for the 1st time. Today I'm announcing that I am retiring and closing up the store and changing gears in life.
I will miss the people most of all. I have watched your kids grow up to become customers with their own families. I've attended weddings and funerals of customers. Been invited to family parties and become friends with so many great people. I've watched customers retire and charge gears just like I'm doing. I've watched and prayed with customers when they faced some of their most painful struggles and I am encouraged by the resilience that God has built in all of us.
Thank you to all the past employees that have made 25 years possible and thank you to so many friends/customers that have allowed me to serve them and earn a living for so long.
Now! I've got a ton of hardware that needs to be at your house and not stuck on the shelves so starting today we are doing 25% off on purchases. So please keep Amber busy today and let's celebrate later in July when I figure out exactly when our last day will be.
