Work is officially underway at the Harris Reservoir Inlet/Outlet Structures project. Cajun has successfully completed site mobilization to the reservoir and has already begun placing concrete for the reservoir outlet conduit scope of work.

Simultaneously, Cajun has completed drill shaft work on the first phase of the project. Work will now begin on a tower that will be used for water control at the reservoir. This structure will be built using a ganged form system requiring precise ex*****on. Across the reservoir from the outlet tower, an inlet over the levee will be constructed.

The Cajun team, and everyone involved on-site, are looking forward to a successful and seamless project ex*****on with our client, Phillips Heavy, Inc.

Cajun recently completed another successful session of our annual Site Leadership University, a program designed to develop and elevate our next generation of leaders.

Participants are selected to take part in this robust growth experience, where they expand their roles and responsibilities while strengthening the skills needed to lead both projects and people effectively.

Throughout the program, leaders take a deep dive into interpersonal communication and crew engagement, gain a comprehensive understanding of Cajun’s service groups, and walk through the full lifecycle of a project. The course concludes with an executive commencement, a quality-focused briefing, and a tour of our Westport facility.

Meet William Wilson: From assembling and disassembling cranes to helping crews get pile driving systems set right, William plays a key role in keeping our jobs moving. He also trains operators across multiple pieces of equipment, helping build safer, stronger teams in the field.

What stands out most to him is seeing it all come together: multiple rigs running, equipment moving in sync, a job site fully active and built the right way, and knowing he helped make it happen.
