I’d say these JK upper control arm bushings were a strong contibutor to the death wobble!! OEM bushings at 10 years old and 150k miles- the sleeves fell out as soon as the control arms were lifted away from the axle!

If you're having issues with your Wrangler's 3.8L exhaust manifolds leaking, give us a call!

Here we swapped out a set that was quite literally barely hanging on to itself! To help with performance while retaining the heat-protection of cast manifolds we went in with a set of aFe POWER's BladeRunner Ported Ductile Iron exhaust manifolds. The classic 3.8L exhaust tick is resolved and she still won't have to worry about melting everything under her hood!!

When customers need help we deliver!!

This customer was having issues with the factory suspension not holding up well under the weight of all his gear (the overlanding crew understands!) We upgraded him to ARB 4x4 Accessories - USA Old Man Emu's MT64 suspension system with +220 # front coils, +880 rear coils, and their beefy new upper control arms. While we had everything apart, knowing the impending CV vibration was inbound, we went ahead and replaced the driver side needle bearing with the East Coast Gear Supply bushing to keep him a step ahead of the game!

This thing finally sits right, drives a lot tighter, and will be ready for his bumpers in the future!!

We recommend servicing the differentials and transfer case at least ever 50,000 miles- even more if you tow with any regularity. Water crossings? Change it out as soon as you're back from the trip!

We've been slacking on the socials, so here are a few pics from a recent Tacoma build we worked up!

This one received ICON Vehicle Dynamics R/R Coilovers up front and RR shocks out back, paired with Dobinsons Spring & Suspension USA LLC full leaf packs in the rear and Camburg Racing XL upper control arms in the front. While everything was stripped down, we replaced his differentials with built units from ECGS then wrapped a set of 285/70R17 TOYO TIRES R/T Pros around some Fuel Shok wheels and it drives AWESOME!!
We were still contacting the cab mount more than desired, so we skipped past a chop and went straight for the relocation from the guys over at Drt Fabrication for peace of mind.
