Team Spotlight Tuesday 👏

We're back with another Team Spotlight Tuesday, where we highlight the dedicated team members who help serve our customers every day. 💪🐓

This week, we're featuring members of our Counter Sales team! Whether it's helping customers find the right products, answering questions, or providing support at our stores, these team members play an important role in serving growers and farmers throughout our communities.

Joyner is our counter sales representative at the Batesville location and has 1.5 years of poultry industry experience. A Batesville native, Joyner enjoys watching sports, playing card games, and spending time with family. 🏈🏠 His favorite part of the job is making customers happy and learning something new every day. We're grateful for Joyner's commitment to our customers and the positive attitude he brings to the team each day!

Grant is our counter sales representative at the Rison location and brings 2.5 years of agricultural sales experience to the role, including the past 6 months with Premiere Poultry Supply. Originally from Star City, AR, he enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time. 🦌🎣 His favorite part of the job is helping growers feed the world and supporting the hardworking farmers who make it all possible. We're thankful to have Grant on our team and appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication he brings to serving our customers every day!

Bryson recently joined our Pocahontas location and is one of the newest members of the Premiere Poultry Supply team. While he's only been with us for three weeks, he's already enjoying meeting new people and learning the ins and outs of the industry. Originally from Monticello, AR, and now living in Paragould, he enjoys grilling, smoking (meat), cooking, and creating content in his free time. 🔥🥩 We're excited to have Bryson on board and can't wait to watch him grow in his role!

Team Spotlight Tuesday 👏

We’re back with another Team Spotlight Tuesday, where we highlight the hardworking people who help serve our customers every day. 🐓

This week, we’re featuring three valued members of our team: Paul, Edwin, and Mario!

Paul is our Customer Service Specialist and Outside Sales Rep at the Rison store location and brings an incredible 32 years of poultry industry experience to the team. Originally from Monticello, AR, Paul enjoys gardening, working cattle, hunting, and just about anything outdoors in his free time. 🦌🌱🐄 His favorite part of the job is the interaction and fellowship with producers while helping them strategically solve problems, improve efficiency, and increase long-term profitability. We’re incredibly thankful for the knowledge, dedication, and customer relationships Paul brings to Premiere Poultry Supply!

Edwin is a Parts Specialist at our Batesville location and has 10 years of poultry industry experience. Originally from North Hollywood, CA, Edwin enjoys spending his free time playing sports with his kids. ⚾🏀 His favorite part of the job is helping farmers succeed and supporting them however he can. We’re grateful for Edwin’s positive attitude and commitment to our customers!

Mario is a Parts Specialist at the Batesville location and also brings 10 years of industry experience. Mario was the Pocahontas location store manager for 5 years before he transitioned to the Batesville location to assist with sales and inventory management, using his expert organizational skills and parts knowledge. His help there was greatly needed due to increase in sales and inventory volume. Mario is from Cave City, AR, and enjoys playing sports with his kids outside of work. ⚾👨‍👧‍👦 His favorite part of the job is being able to help customers as much as possible and making sure they get the support they need. We appreciate Mario’s hard work and dedication to serving our customers each day!

Jason is our Building Coordinator and has 11 years of experience in the poultry industry. Before joining the poultry industry, he also worked in construction, bringing valuable knowledge and experience to our team. Jason is from Sulphur Rock, AR, and his favorite part of the job is the family-like atmosphere at Premiere Poultry Supply and the relationships built along the way. Outside of work, he enjoys running the food truck he owns. 🌮🔥 We’re thankful for Jason and the positive energy and experience he brings to our team every day!

Chance is our Equipment Coordinator and has 5 years of experience in the poultry industry. He is from Melbourne, AR, and enjoys helping growers and supporting customers however he can. Outside of work, he stays busy chasing his kid around. 👨‍👦⚾ We’re grateful for Chance and his dedication to the people we serve!

This week, we’re featuring our Director of Operations, Steven Moran!

Steven has been in the poultry industry since 1989, when his family first began raising broilers. He has been a part of the Batesville store team for 23 years, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to our customers and team.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys kayaking and fishing. 🚣‍♂️🎣 His favorite part of the job is the relationships he has built with customers over the years and being able to support them with the knowledge and experience he’s gained throughout his career. We’re incredibly thankful for Steven’s leadership, experience, and the care he shows to the people we serve!

We’re back with another Team Spotlight Tuesday, where we highlight the hardworking team members who help serve our customers every day. 🐓

This week, we’re featuring our store managers: Keith, Jacob, and Chris, leaders who play a key role in supporting our customers and teams at each location!

Chris is the Batesville Store Manager and has been in the poultry industry for 31 years, getting his start at just 18 years old. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting, fishing, and riding SxS. 🦌🎣 His favorite part of the job is making sure customers receive the best pricing, products, and service we can offer, and, of course, bothering Joyner 😂 We’re thankful for Chris and the experience and personality he brings to the team!

Keith is the Rison Store Manager and is from Warren, AR. A UAM graduate (Class of 1990), he brings an incredible 35 years of experience in the poultry industry. He enjoys church activities, spending time with family, and hunting and fishing. 🦌🎣 His favorite part of the job is sharing his knowledge and experience with employees and customers to help them grow. We’re incredibly thankful for Keith and the leadership he brings!

Jacob is the Pocahontas Store Manager and has one year of experience in the poultry industry. He’s from Cave City, AR and enjoys watching the Razorbacks and fishing in his free time. 🐗🎣 His favorite part of the job is helping farmers succeed. We’re grateful to have Jacob leading our Pocahontas location!
