Yall check out this job we just finished up. This was a PROJECT but she’s ready to start chipping. This old girl was in need of some serious TLC.

We replaced the anvil bar mounting plates, 7/8” tapped holes, thru bolts, we also repaired the corners of the chute, hard faced the cutter drum, welded 1/4” inserts in the pockets of the teeth, replaced the whole deck with 1/2” plate, repaired some cast exhaust mounts, refabbed the crank pulley mount, welded up a cracked hydraulic tank, & last but not least made a slick pad weld on the fuel tank.

We only had 3 fires over the duration of this job 😳😳😳 I am very satisfied with the end result.

The client has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to doing more business with you guys.
