When replacing CRP Series units, remember that DC Plus manifolds are reusable. You only need to swap out the media container. Simply detach the manifold from the old drum, leaving the inlet lines in place, and reattach it to a new drum. Quick and easy!

You should also replace the manifoldโ€™s decompression chamber exhaust filters to maintain optimal venting conditions.

CRP Series Oil-Water Separators are easy to maintain, but there are a few tasks you should take care of each year. Keep a Clean Resources Annual Maintenance Kit available so youโ€™re ready when itโ€™s time for upkeep.

Each kit has two exhaust filters and four antimicrobial pouches, enough for a full year. Change the pouch every three months and replace both exhaust filters once a year to keep everything running smoothly.
