🛠️ What they do: Rayl Engineering is a small firm with big experience. Led by President Alan L. Rayl, P.E., they've been solving engineering challenges since 1987 — from major hospital expansions to residential flooding issues. They are deeply committed to giving back through Chamber involvement and have proudly supported the Hardee Sr. High School Blue Star Brigade for the past 3 years.

💬 Fun Fact: 20 years ago, Alan helped a woman with a small project and saved her quirky thank-you email. Years later, he spotted her on Tiger King — it was none other than Carole Baskin, bobcat and all! That email now hangs proudly in their conference room.
