Mounds rise like whispers, trenches carved in grace,

Layers unfold, a geologic story untold,
Clay, sand, and silt, in patterns manifold.
Reading the earth's script, in each sediment swirl,
Nature's own language, an ancient, timeless pearl.

State rules emerge, a regulatory dance,
Calculations and codes, a meticulous trance.
Soils report in hand, a guidebook we wield,
Navigating regulations, a fertile field.

Mounds take shape, like guardians of the ground,
Trenches carve pathways, where solutions are found.
Chambers and filters, in a septic ballet,
Nature and science in a harmonious display.

Tanks stand resilient, pretreatment in play,
Pipe and stone weave pathways, guiding the way.

Something buyers in Vermont should know is that Vermont is a "Buyer Beware State" Which means its the buyers job to find out if the land can be developed. If the soil and topography of the land doesn't fit the state requirements for a septic permit, you'll be denied the ability to build. Its always a good Idea to contact a firm like ours before you sign the deed so we can let you know if you're able to get a permit or not.
