Compensation
$20-$22/hr depending on experience

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Responsible and professional demeanor
Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude

Responsibilities
Familiarity with DOT regulations
Drives dump truck to transport materials to/from construction projects.
Knowledge of chaining and binding of equipment being transported
Perform daily safety checks of fluid levels on oil, water, fuel, and inspections for leaks and damage to vehicles before operation.
Responsible for daily maintenance of the vehicle to remain in proper and safe working order
Responsible for notifying the supervisor if the vehicle needs to be repaired
Ability to operate and load equipment efficiently
Driver/Operator must climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely.
Perform incidental work items and duties included within other crafts.
Constant physical effort, including standing, is required during a regular work shift of at least eight hours per day.
Frequently walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground, in varying weather conditions.
Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
The work environment periodically exposes the employees to high noise, grease, and dust typically associated with a construction project.
The employee regularly works near heavy equipment and moves machinery.

Qualifications:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks

Responsibilities:

Tasks would vary depending on project and labor needs; you must be able to load and frequently unload heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen.
We seek someone reliable and a hard worker to do well in this role.
Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
Load or unload construction materials
Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding
Remove, fill, or compact earth
Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
Perform site clean-up
