13 years ago, Joe Vaske approached me and asked if he got the Deitering Bros employees to donate to the Stuff the Trailer for the Kossuth County food pantry if we would donate as well. I told him we would match whatever he could get them to do. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be go this long and this strong. But I am extremely happy it did. So for our 13th year, the employees generously donated over $2,250 this year alone and with our match, that is over $4,500 to our local Kossuth County Food Pantry's Stuff the Trailer event. A huge thank you to Joe Vaske for getting this started with us, Kelly Deitering for managing it every year, the employees for their generosity, Algona Radio KLGA & KLGZ for hosting and for the food pantry volunteers that manage this all year long.

And that is one of our advantages as a local business, as with all local businesses. When you spend your money with a local business, it gets redistributed within their local area.

46 Years!! Not many people can claim they worked the same place for 46 years. But a HUGE thank you to the man Tim Coffman that can. I cannot begin to fathom how many pieces of equipment and customers you kept going through the years. Thank you for the dedication and the transfer of knowledge you have bestowed on all of us to help aid in the transition. Enjoy retirement, it is well deserved!!

Kossuth County Food Pantry’s annual food drive. Deitering Bros employees donated about $3,150 worth of food. With our match, the Kossuth County food pantry will receive over $6,300 of food for those in our immediate area. Thank you to our employees for their generosity!
