We are happy to announce that Terry Callahan, CCM, has joined WRA to support the firm’s continued commitment to and expansion of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services in North Carolina. Terry brings over 30 years of experience in the transportation construction and CEI industry and will lead and provide oversight for WRA’s CEI operations statewide. “I am looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of what WRA is building in North Carolina and across the Southeast,” said Terry.
