Osborne King, Jr. PE, Director Engineering and CM
Formerly, Vice President (Partner for 11 Yrs.) and COO of engineering consulting firm specializing in civil, transportation,environmental and electrical design, engineering and analysis. Provided design, engineering, analysis construction management and inspections solutions for a number of the ENG top 500 firms including CAD, GIS, SQL, TR-55, traffic modeling and simulation, environmental impact studies, traffic impact studies roadway and utility design.
Osborne joined Mimar in beginning of March as Director Engineering Design & CM, he will oversee our engineering projects and and pursue future prospects.
Osborne holds BSEE degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering & MS degree in Physics, prior to Datta Consultants, he worked with Baltimore City DOT Engineer III with Maintenance Division. Osborne brings tremendous experience in horizontal design, including traffic, signals, IT, computer programming, system analysis, design, modeling & integration, conduit design, traffic surveillance camera projects, highway lighting, GIS automation, Database development. He is also SHA Erosion and Sediment Control Certified Yellow and Green Card Through 6/2015.
Paul Gentner, AIA, CCS, CSI, Senior Project Manager & Spec Writer
Prior to joining Mimar , Paul worked as Senior Project Manager, Design Standards for Marriott International, Inc. Project Specifier for AECOM, Sverdrup, RTKL and Specification Writer for American Institute of Architects.
Paul's current assignment at Mimar is to write and over specifications for major mass transit/railroad project const. cost $2.4B
