WE'RE HIRING!

We are looking for experienced metal fabricators with preference given to individuals with previous conveyor, chute and structural platform experience.

5 years minimum experience required with a superior ability to read and fabricate components from engineering drawings, high quality MIG welding ability on metals up to .375" thick metal, skills with metal forming press breaks and ironworkers, self starter with desire to advance. There is potential for the job to involve stick and TIG welding.

Continuing to talk about the powder coating process, this step is called “powder application”.
Powder coating is one of the most durable finishes that can be applied to industrial manufactured products, and offers excellent corrosion protection and is very safe because of its lack of volatile organic compounds.
We also have a designed spray booth with a powder recovery system that is used to enclose the application process and collect any oversprayed powder.

Lets talk about the first step of the powder coating process: thoroughly cleaning and degreasing. Even if the piece is brand new, it should be cleaned. Powder coat adheres best to clean bare metal. Dirt, oils, and other contaminants left on a powder coated part can cause adhesion issues including complete delamination of the coating, and visual issues such as specks, bumps, of fish eyes visible in the coating.
Our process of cleaning and pressure washing removes a lot of the loose debris like dirt and grease chunks with ease and it's essential to make our powder coating pieces of excellent quality.
