Titus Industrial now offers custom waterjet cutting services with competitive pricing and fast turn-around. Water jet cutting is a great way to produce clean, quality, precise cuts without changing the molecular structure of the material due to heat, which can cause deformities and weakness.

Our water jet is capable of cutting just about any type of material: steel, granite, rubber, cork, glass, marble, silicon, alloys, and even concrete. With cutting streams pressurized to 60,000 psi and a cutting tolerance of .0001”as a powerful and precise cutting tool in manufacturing. The jet stream generated by our waterjet is capable of cutting material up to 6” inches thick and with a table size of 6’x13’.

Here at Titus Industrial, Inc., we are committed to taking care of our customers cutting and fabrication needs. Our Waterjet Department turns most requests for quotations within 24 hours. We have the experience, state-of-the-art equipment, and an In-House Design Team that specializes in Auto CAD, developing 2D and 3D Parametric Drawings.
