Agilitech Leadership Evolution! We are excited to announce a key leadership transition as Martin Alonzo steps into the role of President and CEO, while David Wolfer continues on in the role of Executive Chairman of the Board.

This leadership evolution reflects the growth, stability, and long-term vision of Agilitech. Founded over 20 years ago as Innovative Engineering Systems, Inc. (IES) and evolving through industry cycles and expansions, Agilitech has always been guided by the core values of quality, integrity, and resilience.

Under Martin’s leadership, we will continue to drive innovation, engineering excellence, and client-centered solutions while strengthening our role as a trusted industry partner. David will remain actively involved, providing strategic guidance and ensuring continuity as Owner and Executive Chairman.

Integrity & Resilience. The world has changed a lot in the past 3 years since COVID. Agilitech was able to look beyond and create a safe and functional work-life balance and be resilient through a difficult time for many.

What project are you currently working on and brief description of the type of work?

Currently working on a process improvement project, where we work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and make necessary improvements to workflows. This allows us to continuously improve products, services, and quality to our clients.

What do you like best about working for Agilitech?
