We offer etching on stainless and steel! This Rig Control Panel was drawn and processed in house from start to finish. This part had quite a bit of lettering, so total processing time was 2.5 hours on the laser. No cleanup work or secondary operations. Fresh from laser to installation quality. There's a quick shot of the cutout drops to show edge quality.

Unlike acid etching or using a marking compound, this etching is burned into the surface of the material allowing a non-fading finish. Acetone, alcohol and degreasers will not effect the color or depth of the etch.

Got the first attempt at a fully custom 36x60x6 WIY fab block all welded up. Holes are all at 0.6250", 2" center to center. Nice and flat on top. I made the inner slats too long, so the 3' ends aren't exactly square at the corners, but I already corrected the drawings for that.

Next step is toweld the leg plates to the bottom, make a base from 3x3 square tubing and get some adjustable casters.... I'll have my first legit welding table!

Finally getting back at it with the SRTroll shop/service van. Got the front suspension and steering all back together. I'm waiting for the coil overs until I get the exact ride height I want so I can fab up the correct length upper ears. Next step is to get some wheels under it and make sure it's where I want. Then to locate and build mounts to the 5.7 hemi. Luckily I'm using the factory 727, so it will locate the engine for me.

Happy New Year! It's been an interesting year for all of us, to say the least. It was really interesting starting a business at the peak of the "pandemic." We were blessed to be as successful as we have been for our first year of operation. Business started to pick up slowly as the year went on, and this week was no exception! We were able to push 7,400 lbs of galvanized steel through in 10 hours. This being my largest job to date and finishing it on the last day of the year! Cut some Honda Single Cam D-Series 0.5" steel exhaust Flanges for yesterday as well. Always nice to work with local shops.

Getting started back up on the again. Started to assemble the front suspension when I then realized I need spring compressors to preload the Struts. Without preloading, the spindle doesn't even come close to meeting the upper and lower control arms. Without weight in the van, can't use a jack on the lower arm either. A task to finish up another day! I'll find some photos of the work that has been done to it already for viewing pleasure. The build is as follows:

1966 Dodge A100
2011 Crown Vic Interceptor front suspension
Narrowed control arms from
2017 Ram 5.7 Hemi
Factory 727 TorqueFlite rebuilt XHD

Cut out this customized Jack Daniel's logo for a good customer. 0.125 304 Stainless looks pretty good with all of the detail. Used some Dawn dish soap to keep the spatter off the top.

Up at a new customer today in Union City, CA. Performing Preventative Maintenance on a ML35eX-S and a ML3015SR-F40. The Fiber was an easy one, but this CO2 needs a lot of attention! Should be a quick and easy night.
