Job Description:

Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times

Required Qualifications for Job:

Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
Computer skills
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not required
Desired Qualifications for Job:

Working Knowledge of HVAC Industry
1+ years dispatching experience and/or phone experience
Working knowledge of Apple computers
Daily Duties:

Take incoming customer calls.
Conduct outbound called to schedule maintenances.
Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received.
Create appointments for all service calls.
Respond to all messages left overnight.
Forecast workload for 2 – 5 days out
Contact customers with a “Parts Pending” status as parts are received for scheduling.
Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customer utilizing the jobs dashboard.
Help Service Manager with issues as directed.
Update customer files as information is received.
Create service contract proposals for new customers
Maintain on call tech rotation schedule
Update and Maintain customer history information in database
Prepare paperwork for all warranty repairs.
Assist with the return of warranty parts
Maintain service invoices
Process payments for unpaid invoices
Follow-up on uncompleted jobs, non-invoiced jobs & any other follow-ups as needed
Associate jobs with Warranty when needed.
Prepare quote repairs professionally and appropriately when requested or needed.
Other duties as assigned
Weekly & Monthly Duties

Maintain commercial contracts and schedule maintenance appointments.
Communicate with proper management and supervisors or owners with commercial contracts for scheduling, invoices or repair authorizations.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 /hour

Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory on a weekly basis. Picking up and dropping off materials in a company-provided work truck. Learn about all residential and light commercial systems. Gas/Electric split systems, ductless systems, package units, heat pumps, floor and wall furnaces. Perform building maintenance and grounds care.

Drivers License with a clean driving history
Ability to lift up to 75 Lbs
Organization skills
Ability to self motivate
Able to pass back ground test
Able to pass drug test

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
