Smitty's Inc. Welcome to Smitty's, your home for new and used auto parts and all of your scrap selling needs! We offer new and used auto parts for most makes and models.

Smitty's is a family-owned and operated facility that has been in business since 1985. What we don't have on hand, we can find using the two locator networks to which we have access. In addition, we here at Smitty's buy ferrous scrap such as iron, tin, wire, and appliances; and nonferrous material including copper, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel. The more it weighs, the more we pay!

Hi everyone, Kevin here.
I just wanted to give a quick update on iron prices. We are currently paying $125 per ton for scrap iron, and at least $250 for complete vehicles.

I also want to remind everyone that we do occasionally offer farm cleanups. If you have a large amount of scrap iron, especially heavy machinery, please call the office and we can get you on the list.

We are open 8:30–5 Monday through Friday and closed from 12–1 . Office number 785-736-2964. Call if you have any questions.

Hey everyone, Kevin here from Smitty’s. Just wanted to give a quick heads up on our holiday hours as we get into the Christmas spirit. We’ll be open until noon on Wednesday, December 24, then closed December 25 and 26.
For New Year’s week, we’ll be open until noon on Wednesday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve) and closed on January 1 and January 2.

Sorry for the late notice

This is Kevin Smith posting an update here from Smitty’s. I wanted to let you all know that we are going to be closed this afternoon, the 31st, although someone may be around celebrating the impending new year if you want to bring in some junk. We will also be closed January 1st, New Year’s Day. Thursday and Friday will be business as usual. I want to wish you guys a very happy new year. I hope that the new year brings health and happiness for you all.

HEY WE ARE CLOSED FRIDAY Hello everyone
This is Rick at smittys
We have been having a good year so far and thank you everyone for all the scrap iron that has been coming in steadily
We’re paying 100.00 a ton for most grades of scrap currently Isure wish it was a bit more but it’s not a bad price by any means and of course we have no control over the market .
My Main Message Here Today
We will be closed this Friday the 24th and will reopen next Tuesday the 28th after the holiday weekend

Hello Everyone
I just wanted to let everyone know Thursday of this week thats the 2nd November we will have our crane with a magnet out of service for maintenance
THATS NO MAGNET AVAILABLE THIS UPCOMING THURSDAY !
our little komatsu 160 we use for this job is not broke down but its got a couple small oil leaks and few other minor issues that need addressed .
We use it nearly every hour of every business day all year long .
I needed to schedule a day so our komatsu service man could spend with it to tune it up
