Training that builds confidence from the ground up. 🔧
When McCourt Equipment’s team got hands-on with the Redback Grinder, the goal was simple: help their service and sales teams understand the machine, ask the right questions, and feel ready to take that knowledge into the field.
For Megan Tolar, Senior Organics Coordinator at McCourt Equipment, Inc., the training turned intimidation into confidence.
“This was truly my first time being hands-on with this type of grinder, and going in, I felt a little intimidated, if I’m being honest. I didn’t know what questions I should even be asking.
John McGrath encouraged questions and led with a few to get us going. After going over the machine with the Doppstadt crew and asking a bunch of questions, I’m feeling confident in my ability to present the opportunity to customers, go over some common wear parts (it’s going to take some repetition for it to really stick), and locate any part number I may need using the manual.
During training, we demoed the machine on single-grind product through what I believe were 1 1/2" screens. This material will then sit and age before being screened and sold to customers. This type of material is a premium product in our industry, as it is now considered double-grind.
It was really cool to just watch the Redback eat. There is definitely no downtime for Redback operators. Absolute savage production. I am excited to get these machines out in the field!”
That’s what Redback training is built for: real knowledge, real confidence, and a machine that speaks for itself. 💪
