We currently own 10,000 square foot of manufacturing space that includes state of the art machining and assembly equipment. Our core competency is Contract Manufacturing (CNC Multi Axis Milling and Turning), Manufacturing Engineering, and assembly of electro mechanical and pneumatic valves. CNC Machinist Set-up / Programmer: The responsibility of this position is to be able to take direction from the methods department to program, fixture and prove out new projects, as well as safely and efficiently set-up and prove out existing projects. Strong knowledge of CNC programming on Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Haas controllers
Navigation of Master Cam
Proficient in 3, 4 and 5 axis fixturing, set-up and programing as well as y-axis turning with sub spindle transferring.
