Zuroweste Welding LLC Custom welding and semi trailer repair. We have a 5x10 plasma table, 250 ton press brake, and machining equipment. We weld carbon, aluminum, and stainless steel.

This one started with a bent driver-side hopper and ended with us questioning our life choices somewhere around rivet #437. 😆

The driver side was hit and pushed inward, so we had to remove the entire side, bottom rails, and a section of the hopper slope. By the time it was all said and done, we drilled out and replaced well over 650 rivets.

It was our first time removing a complete side like this, and thankfully it went smoother than expected. The crew knocked it out of the park and brought this hopper back to life.

If anyone needs us, we'll be over here trying not to count rivets for a while. 😂

It didn’t take long for the new shop to start looking busy!

From current projects to new builds getting underway, there’s been a lot happening lately — and we’re loving every minute of it. Seeing this place come to life and watching the business continue to grow is something we’re truly grateful for.

We’ve got some big plans ahead and plenty more in the works. Excited for what’s next and thankful for everyone who’s been part of the journey so far! 🔧🔥

Long video, but it only took 8 minutes to pick and set the press. Having the right equipment sure makes things fast and easy. The truck was rated at picking 34,000 and according to the gages on the truck, it was at 99% capacity, so we was pushing it, but worked out perfectly.

8,000 square feet filling up, but still more room than the old shop. We are super excited to get in the new shop. More room, faster turn around time, and room to grow. Did I mention MORE ROOM. The final puzzle piece. Today we moved the 34,000 pound press brake into the new shop. It was tight, it was nerve wrecking, and exciting all at the same time. Once we got it out of the old shop, we was able to get it on a trailer and backed it into the new shop. From there, it only took 8 minutes to pick, move, and set in place. Everything worked out perfect. Excited to get to work in the new shop now!

Trailer axle swap. Trailer came in with the front axle ripped out. We replaced with new axle, new brake chambers, slack adjusters, and abs sensors. Fixed a mud flap bracket and air tank brackets. Road ready again.

Fuel tank for a rock crusher we rebuilt. One side was rotted out so we cut it off and cut out a new plate for that side. Sand blasted and painted. No leaks. Turned out great.
