The construction of data centers is another concern for water quality : "Large-scale data center construction often involves explosive blasting, drilling, grading, and other activities that may disturb the surrounding soil and release large amounts of sediment into surrounding water sources. During heavy rainfall, for instance, runoff can pick up loose soil particles and site debris and carry them into rivers, streams, and other nearby waterways. That tainted water may also soak into aquifers that supply drinking water to private wells. In one rural North Georgia community, residents reported that their well water appeared discolored or “muddy” due to a buildup of sediment, supposedly from a large data center development nearby."

The water infrastructure across the US needs an infrastructure update - if you have the opportunity to take control of your own water supply with rainwater, would you do it? Call us to find out what this might look like for your home and family.

The United States’ water infrastructure is aging. Federal surveys conducted in 2021 and 2022 found that the country’s drinking and clean water systems will need more than $1.2 trillion in repairs, maintenance, and upgrades over the next two decades. The bulk of this investment will be financed a...

To celebrate the United Nations World Environment Day, we invite you to consider your impact on the global ecosystem - how can you help leave this planet better than you found it? Whether it's taking responsibility for your own water consumption through installing rainwater, using less one-time-use plastics, riding to work on a bicycle or moped (shoutout to Chris Nerren!), we can all do our part to help the environment. We are a global community - I invite you to consider your role in that community! And as always, call us if you want to explore water conservation opportunities at your home! Here is a photo of us cleaning up an Austin creek with our crew - taking care of our local environment!

As promised, highlights from the May ARCSA International conference at the Grundfos HQ in Brookshire, Texas! We heard from our old friend and colleague James Grizzard about his journey in rainwater harvesting, as well as expert panels from Rainwater Equipment LLC & VIQUA and of course the hosts Grundfos about sizing the correct equipment for a rainwater system. Participants traveled as far as Hawaii to join us in growing the rainwater movement! After the conference, Grundfos received the first certification under our Rainwater Harvesting System Certification program during the 2026 Technical Symposium. We are excited to help more rainwater systems get certified through this new progrtam!
