AAC is produced by combining fine aggregates, cement, water, aluminum powder, and fly ash. Once these components are mixed, they are cast and autoclaved. During the high-temperature curing process, tiny hydrogen bubbles are produced. These bubbles cause the cement to rise before hardening. In rising, the hydrogen escapes, and air fills the micro pockets. This process endows AAC with a wide range of properties which make it ideal for construction.
