1926 Chevrolet Superior Series V Roadster / Coupe — A True Piece of Chevrolet History. We like to share the cars that come through our doors for service, repairs or upgrades.
Nearly 100 years ago, the 1926 Chevrolet Superior Series V represented the spirit of early American motoring: simple, dependable, stylish, and built for a new generation of drivers. Introduced in mid-1926, the Superior Series V carried Chevrolet’s overhead-valve four-cylinder engine, a three-speed floor-mounted manual transmission, and the sturdy mechanical design that helped Chevrolet become a serious competitor in the 1920s automobile market.
Available in several body styles, including the Roadster and Coupe, the Superior Series V offered buyers an affordable way to own a modern automobile in the Roaring Twenties. The Roadster was priced around $510, while the Coupe was listed around $645 when new, making these Chevrolets part of the everyday driving story of America.
