Team you asked me to take a look at this 2012 Silverado, and I got that P0641, I believe it is, and that pertains to the five volt reference on a lot of sensors on top of the engine, but then I add in the, the other codes of engine is running rich. So, our new scanner is on top of it. The new snap-on scanner gave me a lot of suggestions. What’s happening is that we have a chafed wire from the PCM to our sensors, at the fuel rail. And what, what has to happen is that we have to chase down the problem if, if the guy wants to invest in that kind of deal, so. If you look right here, one of these wires can be chafed off to where we’re losing our five volt reference. It’s from here and down this wire right here, and, and it also goes to the top of the engine. Now, we would have to find the wire that’s making that happen. You can tell this guy’s already gone above and beyond. As you can tell, he’s already put a new throttle body, but you can throw parts at this all day long and you’re not gonna get it fixed until you find out where the, it’s losing its five volt reference. I mean, the first thing I see right off the bat is this. This is a, a ground for the engine block. As you can see, it’s hooked up to the, to the firewall, but they put a knot on it, and she’s not connected. That would be the first thing I would do to repairing this thing, this problem and see where we’re at, but I’m looking at the wiring problem right here, a ground problem, but he, he can put new parts on it all day long and that’s not gonna get fixed until we find the wire that’s giving him the loss of the five volt reference. It’s going from five volts to zero. The new scanner is so fast that it picked it up and I saw it, so I’m pretty sure that it can be repaired. Anyway, this video is made for special truck and auto. Thank you.”
