360 Metal Roofing Supply is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator and Warehouse Manager to manage & supervise warehouse crew, drivers, shipping & receiving and operations. Ensures customer orders are prepared, picked complete, on or before their deadlines and prepared for shipping/receiving. Interfaces with management to ensure materials are prepared on time and that any problems are solved in a timely manner. Has leadership qualities and the ability to communicate well with staff and other managers to implement work policies and procedures. Organized with neat and accurate work habits. Must be able to finish tasks in a timely manner.

Job Duties Include:
- Engages in the fabrication of roofing panels and sheet metal trim
- Fabricates trim using a Roper-Whitney Shear and Auto Brake
- Load, stack, and transport flat sheets and coils
- Delivers material to job sites and runs panel machine
- Reviews daily the list of open orders and deliveries
- Ensures orders are completed and prepared in a timely manner
- Monitors inventory levels and works in coordination with purchasing
- Informs purchasing about shortages for completing orders
- Capable of doing floor work and forklift operation
- Supervises loading of orders onto customer trucks
- Supervises labeling & stocking operations accurately and properly
- Ensures that all areas are adequately staffed at all times
- Assumes other additional duties as assigned
- Periodic and annual review of warehouse staff
- Implements safety policies and other company policies
