🔧 Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, hands-on team members to support our blasting and coating operations. Candidates with commercial or residential painting experience are encouraged to apply.

📍 Work Details
Location: 607 Sand Bar Ferry Rd, Augusta, GA 30901
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40+ hours/week)
Starting Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Full benefits package available

🛠️ Equipment & Work Environment
Paint Application: Spray Cup Gun, Graco Bulldog Airless Sprayer, Manual Brush, Rollers

Blast Booth: 60’ x 20’ x 22’ with 60-grit steel shot, media reclamation system, pneumatic pressure pots, and custom air filtration

Paint Booth: 60’ x 20’ x 22’ conventional booth with fire suppression, airless spray pump, and 180° heating system

🦺 Safety & Perks
PPE Provided: Fresh air hood, respirators, paint suits, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe shoes
Uniforms provided and maintained by Cintas (washed, pressed, and returned weekly)

✅ Responsibilities & Requirements
Industrial Spray-Painting experience strongly preferred
Rotate between blasting and painting operations
Train to operate a forklift and overhead crane
Ensure coating thickness and quality meet customer specifications
Must be authorized to work in the United States

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a project come to life—starting with a blank enclosure and ending with a fully wired, tested, and operational control panel.

These custom-built electrical panels showcase the full process:
• Precision layout and component mounting
• Clean, organized wiring and labeling
• Power distribution, PLC integration, and controls
• Final testing and quality checks

Every wire, terminal, and connection plays a role in delivering reliable performance in the field. It’s more than just assembly—it’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing it right.

There’s something special about this stage of the process.

Watching everything go from a concept, to a model, to drawings—then into reality through cutting, bending, welding, machining, blasting, and painting—until it finally comes together on the shop floor.

As HR and mostly working in the office, one day I’m walking through the shop, and it’s all just puzzle pieces sitting on pallets.

But now… now we get to see the big picture come to life.

This is the moment where all the craftsmanship, planning, and teamwork show up in one place.

This is my favorite part.

· Paint Application Types: Cup gun, Graco Bulldog Airless Paint Sprayer, manual brush.

· Workspace:
Blast Booth: Measuring 60ft x 20 ft x 22 ft, using a 60-grit steel shot, a media reclamation system with a storage hopper, 2 pneumatic pressure pots, and a custom-built air filtration system.
Paint Booth: Conventional spray paint booth measuring 60ft x 20 ft x 22 ft, with fire suppression systems, an airless spray pump, and a 180-degree heating system.

· Safety: Fresh air hood, respirators, paint suits, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe shoes.

· Uniforms are provided for all employees and on the rental program with Cintas, where they will wash, iron, and return your uniforms weekly.

· Must be trainable to operate a seated forklift and an overhead crane.

· Must be able to obtain coating thickness per customer specs.

· Employee will rotate between both blast and paint duties.
