Therma Kool Walk-in Cooler/Freezer Combo in very good condition. Panel Finishes is Stucco Aluminum Silver Color with Ceiling Painted White. Comes with 2 each 48" Fluorescent Light Fixture, with bulbs, Diamond Tread Aluminum Plated Floor Heavy Duty with Interior Ramp for entrance into Cooler. Pics show 4ea Dutch Door Glass Unit in each Compartment (Cooler & Freezer). The Freezer Glass Door Unit will be replaced with solid panels. The Cooler Glass Door Unit can be your choice of either replacing them or keeping them.

Therma Kool is a top name in Cooler/Freezer manufacturing. You are getting a top quality box and it still has a lot of life left. Excellent Shape are the panels and flooring, very tight!

Box Measurements: INTERIOR of each Compartment is 8'-0" x 8'-0" x 7'-10"h. This Box is one foot higher than your standard Box. Keep in mind that it could be installed outside too with the purchase of a roof cap or under some type shelter.

Refrigeration Systems is included. Power Requirements: 208-230/3/60 for the Condensers, Cooler Evap 120V and Freezer Evap 208/1/60.

This entire Cooler/Freezer is in great condition and is an excellent buy. If you purchase the Box and have us install the Combo Turn-Key, we will warranty the Refrigeration for 90 days Parts Only with 30 days Labor. No warranty is we don't install.
