901 (the “Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. TO ENTER: You can enter the Post Promotion through the Châtel Farms Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/melittausa. Follow the instructions on the 10/1/21 Promotion Page Post to enter. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified. An individual may only win once every 18 months. ENTRY INFORMATION AND SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrants provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner’s list. GENERAL RULES/ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Except as specifically set forth herein, all other costs including federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Not responsible for illegible or misdirected signups, signups not received in time for the random drawing, faulty machinery or other mechanical errors or malfunctions. Prizes shipped to U.S. addresses only. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize permitted. If prize is not generally available at sweepstakes’ end, another prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Potential Winners must confirm that they accept the terms and rules and accept the prize within five days of attempted delivery of email notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. RANDOM DRAWING. Winners on Instagram will be notified by one of two methods: (a) a comment on the promotion post on the Châtel Farms Instagram page no more than ten days after the conclusion of the Page Post Promotion or (b) by a direct reply from Châtel Farms on the entry comment in the post comments, no more than ten days after the conclusion of the Page Post Promotion. Note that an individual may only win once every 18 months. By participating, entrants accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Angus Cowboy Ribeye, one (1) Angus Striploin Steak, one (1) Angus Filet Mignon Steak and two (2) lbs of Angus ground beef. Approximate retail value $107. All winners will be selected randomly. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Additional Prize Restrictions: Prizes not redeemable/exchangeable for cash (this excludes only gift certificates where cash redemption is required by law). No prize substitution, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, if advertised prize/prize component is unavailable for any reason, and only then for prize/prize component of equal or greater value. No prize transfer. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household/address/email address. Odds of winning depend on the total number of current email subscribers at the time of drawing. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All taxes on prizes won, if applicable, are the winner’s responsibility. By entering, all participants agree to the terms & conditions of these Official Rules. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Châtel Farms to publish winner’s name and/or likeness, if it so chooses, without additional compensation, unless and except where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to “hold harmless” Châtel Farms and all parties associated with this Sweepstakes from any and all liability arising from, or in connection with, participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of any prize offered. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements or if, for any prize, notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, or potential winner does not reply within five (5) business days, such will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering (or attempting to tamper) with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The preceding in no way precludes Sponsor from taking additional measures as permitted by law so as to protect its rights.
7. Limitations of Liability. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any website and/or entries; and (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, or for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any person’s computer (or any information/materials stored therein) related to or resulting from downloading materials from any website participating in Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. Châtel Farms collects the information of the participants, email address, names, address, phone for the purpose of this sweepstakes.
