General information
Roof: The roof is made of tightly woven polyethylene fiber 12.5 oz weight per square yard. The fiber in the material is woven in separate directions to provide a material that is virtually tear proof. a four millimeter heavy exterior coating repels sunlight and is ultraviolet light resistant. Life expectancy is 20 years and carries a 15 year warranty. Truss System: The truss is a double pipe plated rafter which adds strength to the structure. The rafters are hot dipped after fabrication, providing galvanization inside and out. A plated Truss 24' to 45' have one joint in the center; larger structures, 50' to 55' have 2 joints. Rafter spacing is 10' on the center reducing material costs for the wall system. The plated rafter is easier to install and reduces labor costs.
